Mojid Return Policy

You have 7 days from receiving the Ring Watch to return your unworn product to us, in original condition and original boxing for a refund. Once received, the product will be inspected for any signs of wear or damage to confirm reason for refund. Once a timepiece has passed inspection, we will restock the Ring Watch and issue you a full refund minus a $35 restocking fee. 

Instructions:

1. Unworn items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. All original tags and materials must be returned including: gift box, jewelry box, polishing cloth, price tag, warranty card, and ring watch with crown pushed in.

3. Request a return label by contacting the Mojid Service Center: info@mojidjewelry.com 

4. Must use the return label issued from Mojid Jewelry. If you return the watch using any other method, all associated costs will be paid by you. Please make sure to use the return address from the original package of: Mojid LLC, 1791 Morning Canyon Rd., Diamond Bar, CA 91765.

5. Please allow 14 days for your return to arrive back at our facility and for inspection.

6. Once the package is received and inspected, you will be contacted via email regarding the status of your refund.

7. Please allow up to 7 business days after receiving a refund email for your refund to reflect in your account.
